It was named after one of the first newspapers in Cetinje, published in the early 20th century. As of 2009, the newspaper ranked second in Montenegro in terms of readership after «Vijesti». Immediately after its foundation, it adopted a right-wing critical political line towards the government of Milo Djukanovic and adheres to it to this day.
