«24 часа» or «24 chasa» is a daily information and analytical newspaper in Bulgaria, published since 1991 in the city of Sofia. The publication brought a completely different form of presentation to the Bulgarian print market. In translation, newspaper name means «24 Hours». It was one of the first to «break» the censure barrier, providing the reader with a maximum of the most interesting news in a short summary with eye-catching headlines and photos, numerous humorous inserts. The Bulgarian newspaper «24 Hours» is also known for its original design and satirical mini-comics «Malkiyat Ivancho» (The Little Ivancho) on topical issues of the day. The newspaper «24 часа» well known as sponsor and organizer public and cultural events in Bulgaria. In April 2006, on the occasion of her 15th birthday, «24 chasa» was awarded the Honorary Badge of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria for her contribution to the development of modern journalism. The newspaper's website is considered the most visited web resource in Bulgaria.
