«Jawa Pos» — one of the leading newspapers in Indonesia today, it is a national newspaper that has been published in the Indonesian language in the Eastern Province of Java, in the city of Surabaya since 1949. It was created by Chung Shen, an employee of the film industry, who at that time was engaged in the layout and design of advertising and writing reviews and reviews for films. At the time of its foundation, it was called «Djava-Post». Translated from Indonesian, the name of this newspaper means: «Java Post» or «Java Post». In the 1980s, the newspaper was going through hard times and was close to bankruptcy, but after a change of management and the introduction of a new development strategy, its business went up. Today, it is considered the most authoritative, popular and widely circulated daily newspaper in Indonesia. «Jawa Pos» is also the most modern and innovative newspaper in Indonesia, the owner of various local records: in 1984, it was the first on the island to start using computer technology, since 1986 it has been printed in color, since 1988 its peer-to-peer edition is transferred to the printing house for electronic printing (in terms of using IT technologies, it is considered the most popular skirting another newspaper, «
